Its all in your head.

You've got to understand what Albert Ellis repeatedly pointed out: "you mainly feel the way you think." You've got to acknowledge the fact that we are largely responsible for creating our own emotional problems and that these emotional disturbances are largely based on our own irrational beliefs.

  2. i love REBT since i read it. :) irrational beliefs are hazy but we tend to believe in them anyway. jeka, do you know why? hehe. napakarhetoric ng tanong.

  3. Hannee: It depends on the situation. Paminsan we have evidences but the views we take on them are distorted.

    PJ: Sa tingin ko we believe them by the mere fact na tayo yung nagisip nun. Sayo galing yung thought eh, ikaw gumawa nun, ang hirap yatang di paniwalaan yung ikaw na mismo yung nagisip regardless of how irrational it is.
