Tea + Wheat Bread sandwich + Boiled Eggs + Strawberries
Cranberry wheat bread (yum) + tuna, veggies, and cheese
In hopes of eliminating white rice from my diet (read: hopes), one day I decided to make a sandwich for lunch. I also learned to stay away from unhealthy snacks and munch on more fulfilling bites instead. I wonder how long this would last. Week 1 just ended, more to goooo!
